As I get older, I find myself reflecting more on life\u2019s bigger questions. At 44, I\u2019ve experienced my fair share of successes and failures. I\u2019ve learned lessons the hard way\u2014through trial and error, through getting it wrong before I got it right. But now, with the benefit of hindsight, I can see the bigger picture. Life doesn\u2019t always unfold the way we expect, and that\u2019s okay.<\/p>
Society tends to measure success in narrow terms\u2014money, status, conformity\u2014but I\u2019ve never fit neatly into those boxes. Neurodiversity has given me a different lens to view the world, one where creativity and innovation take precedence over conventional paths. I\u2019ve come to terms with this. My journey may not have been straightforward, but it\u2019s mine, and I\u2019ve made peace with that.<\/p>
Family, as always, remains my constant. My wife and kids keep me grounded. They remind me that while careers and projects come and go, what truly matters are the people we share our lives with.
